On our Sydney Harbour Cruises most people
prefer to do their own catering. However, overseas visitors, companies and
romantic couples (a luxury yacht is the perfect place for a marriage
proposal) often prefer to leave the catering to us. The choice is yours.
Tea and coffee are complimentary on all yacht charters and sailing
courses.

Champagne Breakfast Option
$15 p.p.
Croissants, Danish Pastries, Bread Rolls, marmalade, strawberries, orange
juice (BYO Champagne or order from Porter's - see below)
Imagine anchoring for breakfast and a swim at a secluded beach and then
relaxing on a skippered sightseeing sailing cruise around Sydney Harbour
enjoying the sound of the wind in the sails or listening to music. The
yacht is equipped with a CD player with cockpit speakers.

This is a
practical option for half day charters as it is easy to eat as we sail. On
full day charters, it can be served over the course of the day rather than all at once.
i.e. potato chips, dip and cheese & biscuits during the morning; sandwiches or rolls at lunch time;
strawberries and tim tams on the afternoon sail home.
Simply Sandwiches Option
$15 per person
2 sandwiches p.p. fruit & tim tams. Choose from:
- tuna & salad
- ham, avocado, mayonnaise, sundried tomato & salad;
- cheese (brie, cheddar or jarlsberg) & cucumber
- cheese & tomato (no salad)
- salami & salad
Chicken Coronation Option
$40 p.p.
Chicken in a curry mayonnaise sauce served with rice salad, garden
salad and fresh bread. Potato chips, cheese & biscuits, dip, carrot cake, tim
tams and strawberries, are also included. (min 4 people)
BBQ Chicken & Salad Option
$40 p.p.
BBQ chicken served with ham, salad, and fresh bread. Potato chips, dip, brie, biscuits,
cheese cake, tim
tams and strawberries, are also included. (min 4 people) |
Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Lemonade, Mineral Water - $2 each.
Alcohol - Sydney Private Sailing is not licensed to supply
alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own white wine, champagne and
beer (NO RED WINE). Porter's
Liquor in Beatrice Street, Balgowlah Heights, tel (02) 9948 4578 or fax (02)
9949 2873 will deliver orders of over $100 to Clontarf Marina at the
requested time for free. On Sundays, deliveries cannot be made before
10am. Please note that
whilst
we want you to have a great time on the water. we cannot allow heavy
drinking. |
